Tradex Trading LLC, operating as Rigo, is the data controller for personal information described in this policy. Our mailing address is listed on the Contact page.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Rigo, we may collect:

• Caller phone number from inbound calls to a merchant using Rigo
• Name and booking details provided during the call
• Call recordings and transcripts
• Business information provided by merchant clients (hours, menus, calendars, and similar operational data)

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Complete and confirm bookings and related requests
• Send SMS confirmations and reminders related to those bookings
• Improve service quality and reliability

4. Call recording

Calls are recorded. Callers are notified at the start of every call, in accordance with applicable state law including California Penal Code § 632.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver the service, such as telephony, speech processing, and calendar sync providers, under agreements that limit use to providing those services.

6. Data retention

Call recordings are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Booking records are retained for the duration of the merchant relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.

7. Your rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing hello@tryrigo.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
