Service description

Rigo, operated by Tradex Trading LLC, provides AI-assisted phone answering and appointment booking for merchant clients in the United States. The service may answer inbound calls, collect booking details, send related SMS messages, sync calendar events where configured, and transfer callers to a human when needed.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for providing accurate business information, including hours, address, parking notes, menus or services, staffing transfer numbers, and available appointment capacity. Merchants must keep that information current and must review bookings produced by the service.

Acceptable use

You may use Rigo only for lawful business communications related to your shop. You may not use the service to send spam, harass callers, misrepresent your business, or violate telephone or messaging regulations. You must honor opt-out requests for SMS programs associated with your account.

Service limitations and disclaimer

Rigo uses automated systems. Speech recognition and AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Merchants should verify appointments and important customer requests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradex Trading LLC provides the service “as is” and is not liable for missed bookings, incorrect transcriptions, carrier delays, or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

Billing

Fees, if any, are described in your merchant agreement or order form. Unpaid accounts may be suspended. Message and data rates charged by mobile carriers to end users are separate from Rigo fees and are described in our SMS Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the merchant relationship as set out in the merchant agreement. Upon termination, call handling for your numbers will stop, and we will retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
